Kare Solutions is a family owned business, Reuel Klempel the founder and owner has served in the waste water and fresh water industry for the last 30+ years. Through out his years working for different cities he has received the following licenses that he still holds today; WDM-4, WTPO-4, CCS #8320, WWTPO-4 #5453, WWCS-3 #C1230, and Bat #B-6670. He prides himself in his craft and always strives to go above and beyond to insure that all his customers are satisfied.
